Are your Aerobic Exercise Plans Fun?

Professionals are one in saying that the right kind of exercise for people who want to lose weight are those that are aerobic in character.  By aerobic, we refer to a sort of exercise  that is always conferred in company with anaerobic and flexibility practices.  But whereas anaerobic exercises concentrates on the development of one’s energy forming his muscles, and stretchy regiments involve enhancing the joints’ mobility and toughness, an aerobic workout seeks to strengthen one’s cardiovascular system, and certainly, prepare one’s metabolism to operate at a quicker and more efficient tempo.

Metabolism, as majority of us understand, is the key to losing weight.  Metabolism is responsible for breaking down calories into usable power.  A quick metabolism means fewer calories that will turn into unwanted fat.  A slow metabolism means more calories that will make us reap further weight.

Below are some truly fun and thrilling aerobic exercise plans that are certain to help you unload that additional weight.

  1. Hip hop dance.  One of the most popular workout routines accessible on DVD nowadays is the Hip Hop Abs series.  It’s a collection of aerobic exercise workouts where participants are trained to perform some hip hop routines that are specifically developed to tone muscles and burn a lot of calories.  Losing weight doesn’t need to be as uninteresting as jogging from one point to another.  You can just turn- or sway- to your favorite hip hop or R&B song.

  2. Step aerobics.  Together with tune and a small stride, like a simple box strong enough to support your weight, you can stick to some customary guides for step aerobics.  It’s like a normal aerobics lesson, only, you will have to exert more exertion in stepping up and stepping down the lifted stage.  This will be a lot more enticing than just ascending a flight of stairways.
  3. Aqua aerobics.  Picture a normal aerobic lesson.  It can be somewhat dragging, right?  Not if it’s performed in the water!  Aqua aerobics will combine the pleasure of swimming with the advantages of an aerobic exercise.  The water will put extra force against your movements, forcing you to exert more exertion in completing the routine.  This means you will get to shed more weight!
  4. Stationary bikes.  Current workout routines have been improved for fixed cycling.  With the support of  an instructor who will yell when you will have to speed up or slow down your tempo, stationary cycling has developed to be a hottest fad for current generation of weight onlookers.

10 minute workout for washboard abs

The Essential Warm-up

Warming up prior to every weight training session is a must.The warm up aids blood circulation and warms the ligaments and tendons. A good warmup is essential so you can lift heavier weights without concerns of injury. Now for those chiselled abs exercises. 

Exercise 1 Ab Blasting Crunch

Forget normal crunches lets get advanced for greater results

Lie on the floor in the Crunch position, knees bent, hands over ears, or resting on the back of the head.

Now, crunch up approximately 10 inches, holding the contraction for 6 seconds. In this fully contracted position, squeeze the abs hard. Then still keeping the tension on the abs return slowly and in a controlled fashion to the starting position, this should take 5 seconds. Push out as many reps as possible. Have a short rest no longer than 20 seconds and pump out some normal crunches.

Exercise 2 Hanging Leg Raises

Hanging Leg Raises are a superb exercise for building the lower abdominals.

Start by hanging from a lat chin up bar, hands shoulder width apart, arms fully extended.Raise your legs knees together to chest level and tense your abs with no swinging. Tense the abs hard while holding this position for 5 seconds. In a controlled fashion lower your legs. {You get maximum results by doing at least 10 reps}.

Exercise 3 Pulley Rope Crunch

This exercise is my favourite for blasting those six pack abs.

With the rope attached to the high pulley on the cable machine, grab one end of it with both hands. Pull the rope down so that you are kneeling on the floor with your hands positioned just above your head, ensure that your hands stay firmly locked in this position. Pull down using your abs by bending forward at the waist all the way to the floor, squeeze your abs hard then slowly return to the starting position keeping your abs tensed all the way. Do no lower than 10 reps. These lower ab exercises will build you solid six pack abs.
